RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Truth Skin & Hair Care, your satisfaction matters to us.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare or haircare products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@therealtruth.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products show signs of use or tampering.
